Michele's experience is in building world-class businesses and teams across varying industries and sized organizations. She brings strategic thinking, a repeatable playbook, and customer-focus to drive growth and scale, leveraging decades of experience as a respected leader. Michele's core focus is on maximizing profits and achieving growth.

Prior to Janus Growth Partners, Michele held marketing and sales leadership roles at organizations ranging from small family-owned businesses to mid-sized enterprise companies including businesses in commercial printing, software, and advertising and customer loyalty agencies.

 

These experiences provided Michele the opportunity to be integral in many M&A activities, retain and attract top talent, and participate in scaling businesses.

Michele is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Will was trained in investment banking but discovered he loves people and hands-on growth more than financial models. His experience has been in leading cross-functional teams with a focus on day-to-day execution, while adding a level of strategic thinking and planning to help guide long-term decision making.

He has experience in leading teams of various sizes across finance, professional services, customer support and operations. Additional leadership positions include partnerships, special projects and M&A diligence and integration.

 

Will is a graduate of Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, majoring in finance, with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management and a concentration in real estate.

 

In his spare time, he plays pickleball and enjoys hiking and trying new restaurants.
