Investment Criteria

We make acquisitions of commercial and residential services companies with proven ability to generate positive cashflow, but needing operational excellence and improved sales and marketing strategies. 

 

We acquire companies with the following criteria:

  • In business for 10+ years with a strong history, customer base and reputation

  • Two or more managers or supervisors

  • Greater than $500k in seller's discretionary earnings (SDE)

  • Located in the DFW Metroplex

  • Retirement sale preferred

  • Owner is open to a mutually agreed upon transition plan
